on My MG TC the Horn was weak - I have unscrewed a bit all the external screws and now the song is strong
I think that this can be useful also for the note of the horn- I have also one Austin Healey- the same horns in working cond.

and Strong Springs set 050
BUT if remember well under the Rocker Pedestal I must put 4 Shim set MOSS 433-128
the alternative was the short PUSH ROD 433-335

Hi Franz on track roads end the balls are the critical point- sferic surface must be controlled, if good -then must be controlled the 8 holes and the springs the box can be the front hubs bearing ..are new or the oldest after the substitution? easy to control if you find the SFK or Timken code equiv...
