Martin, when I purchased from him the stuff came from Moss. As a matter of interest, The Moss rear lamps are crap. NTG get the same lamp from the same Chinese supplier but then get their electrician to modify them so the PCB doesn't fall off when you put a bulb in.

He was a Moss dealer and, I expect, having been in the motor trade for 56 years will get 25% discount from them.
