wheel cylinder TA

Post by Rod Letcher » Sun Oct 13, 2019 9:04 am

What issues might I encounter if I try to use a 'Moss Motors" wheel cylinder meant for a TC on my TA?

Slightly different part number on the NTG web site so I'm not sure.

If you're in the UK ring NTG 01473 406031 and ask Linda (or MIke).

Ed to add that I've just noticed where you are. Ring Doug Pelton at From the Frame UP
Lynne & Norman Verona.

Thanks for the response, I think I will send both front cylinders to "White Post Restorations' and not have to deal with cobbing some fittings/hoses together to make the "c" cylinders work. Anybody have any experience with "White post"

I've heard both good and bad reports about them. A wheel cylinder is such a simple item that I can't imagine anyone would have a problem sleeving it. Even a corner machine shop should be able to handle the job.

I would use Mark Frappier of Agawam, Massachusetts over anyone else. He does all my sleeving, and is EXCELLENT!
