speedometer recalibration

Post by jddevel » Tue Jan 29, 2019 12:13 pm

Put the above query in the search panel with no positive results. Need to understand how to recalibrate my speedometer having converted to 5 speed. Any advice appreciated.

It's a complete rebuild, unfortunately. The gears in the clockwork have to be changed. The other option is to buy a correction box that goes between the speedo and the cable. I think you can buy them from Butch Taras in California, Richfield Speedograph, and possibly Roger Furneaux.
