Hi Franz,

Is your intention to start selling these, or are you prepared to release the 3d printer file for free? The reason for asking is that I have a friend with a 3d printer who could run one off for me if he had the file. If you do intend to sell them, what would the price be (before and after Brexit ;) )

i will sell it printed but not painted.

it was some hours work, a lot of testprints also

i will make a really good price for it,
i want to use my printer to learn and become better ;-)

if you go to a printer job and print it with normal ABS you pay about 90 Euros for one !
i have done several individual Logos for other people here, so it depends what you want to have
standard will be the plug and TA TC TD TF ob the left side
individual with the letters of the name or something else.

i have upload an similar part to a printer shop. the price you can see in the picture. i print with titan X so you should not get problems with the heat under the bonnet

no warranty but you get one more than you order !

after i came home i go to my garage,
there i found a old MG Logo i bought some month ago
i take 1000 er wet paper to clean it,
after this i work galvanic first with paladium after this with goldflash
painted with red as my car.

my mg logo for wheel No 5 at the back i not so fine,

Hallo
here a few pictures of my printed spark plug holders

to see what is possible.
you have a idea, i can try it

The holder from the Motoring Guild is only for the members of this club ! difficult to paint because so small

The case for a original like CJR3 case for installing Lucas 340 is also ready to print.

I wait for a orderd mechanical tacho, i want to make a replica tacho with a clock inside, ii dont know in the moment
if i can do it.

Julian, in the full editor, click browse to find the file. Once you find and select the file, click the "Add the file" button to the right of the File Comment box. Then submit your post.

today perfect weather
so we i went with a friend to a tour
next big town there was a classic car meeting
the way to this place no problems, the car runs perfect
on the way back it smells like fuel
so i stop the car and take a look to it.
fuel come out the banjo at the carburettor
i fixed it
i start the engine again and we go about 5 km
than again the car doesn t run perfect
i took a look on the right side
all ok
so i opend the left bonnet.
there i saw that one spark plug wasn t tied.
i had all the tools in my box, but it is for an mjpg and the box spanner doesn t go
i should test the tools before i put it in the car - stupid
1 km away a fuel station is there
so we went to this station
no tools there to fix it
so i call my son, to bring me the tools to fix it
20 minutes later he came and we fixed all sparks
but the car doesn t run perfect,
when i wanted to accelerate the car, i had the feeling no fuel is coming.
so we go home really carefully
i checked the fuel line, nothing wrong ?!
at home i put new spark plugs to the car
start again, the same problem
so i took of the fuel line , i couldn t find a problem
than i took of the air filter, i wanted to clean it before, but i haven t doen it
i noticed one owner before, sprayed it with black paint, and nearly no hole was for the air,
so i cleaned the filter, opend the holes
i put new engine oil to the filter as descriped

i wanted to fix the air box again,
now i saw this in the picture,
much to long to fix it in the hole
so i have to cut it ??????
what is the function of it

one of the owners before has made a hole in the air box, how stupid
why can t they do it as they should do it
is there a rubber on the stick
Best Regards
Franz

the air box is cleanded and should be ok
i went to a little round with the car.
it is much better but not ok

i had a problem sinve i changed from the security coil to the original like coil
if the car is hot i can turn around the key, and the car doesn t stop, i have to turn the direction switch, than the car stoped
when the car isn t hot, i can turn the switch off and the engine stoped

so i think
i should change the power to the coil , i should do it directly to see if it is my new problem
if it is so,
i should take off the old security coil and the security switch

or ????????
Best Regards
Franz

what have I done
I checked the gasoline filter and the pump.
I cleaned and oiled the air filter.
I have switched a direct line from the battery to the coil via a relay
i filled up the dumpers

i will drive the car some days, than i will fix the relay and the switch
in the winter i will change the electric behind the dashboard

Today I improved the fuel cock again and installed a cardan joint,
now it can be turned without problems.

Everything is gold-plated so that it doesn't oxidize and everything looks the same.

The wires from the relay also now new and at the right place

today sometimes rain, sometime sun
