Car was obtained in 1950 from original owner. Raced SCCA and CASC events 1951-1954. Employed as second car into the 60s until replaced by heated spacious station wagon. Abundoned until restored 1975. Became 3rd car until 1995 when it was again race prepared and ran VSCCA, VARAC and SVRA vintage events. Car and driver retired from racing after winning Collier Cup at Watkins Glen 50th anniversary 1998.
