Re: Before and After

LostandFound.jpg This is TC7872 as found. Engine and transmission had been pulled 7 years prior to fix a water leak, then the car was put up to "work on later". The body was no where near as nice as it looks here...the only parts I were able to save were the cowl and door skins and all needed exten...

Re: Forum and Web Site Comments

Graham,

I believe that option is available to you if you click on "User Control Panel" in the upper right corner. The next page that opens has an "Options" box where you can set up how you want the board to display.

Steve, thanks but I'm also looking for the heatshield cover for them...that seems to be harder to find than the mufflers themselves.

MG-TABC Graphics

I'm buying an enclosed trailer with plain white sides and would like to dress it up a bit. Is there a copywrite on the TABC badge drawing or would I be okay in getting a vinyl copy of it (enlarged of course) made for the sides of the trailer? :?

For the "Car Guys" - Not Necessarily MG's

Whether you're looking for another vehicle or not, an interesting website to look at is www.bringatrailer.com

They seem to comb the web for interesting vehicles with an occasional MG showing up. Unless you like emails don't comment and then check the box for updates. Your inbox will fill up. :D

Muffler (Exhaust)

In this month's Photo of the Month there are 3 TC's lined up (see bottom) - the one on the far right has an external exhaust system similar to what I have. I'm using a SuperTrapp and it is loud (too loud) and I'd like to try something like the one shown. The owner of the car doesn't appear to be a m...

Re: how do you add info to your profile?

Norm,

Look up in the upper side side...you'll see "User Control Panel". Click on it and it should take you to a page with a box on the left hand side where you can edit your profile, add your avatar (small photo) and generally set up the forum to your liking.

Re: Relocating the Battery on a TC

Rick,

Take a look at http://www.mg-tabc.org/library/kofferraum.htm.

Walter used that area for extra storage so access shouldn't be a problem. You should use welding cable to run the 12 volts to your starter though to prevent voltage loss...that's quite a long run.
